Between 2015 to 2017 some vehicles had a single USB which would use a different adapter.

Some vehicles had Dual USB where only one USB would play music on the head unit and the other was just a simple charge point. This requires just the single USB adapter not the dual.

To check plug in a music USB into either point one at a time and see if you can control from factory stereo. If both bring up music information on stereo you require dual USB interface.

If you have only a single Music USB please use our other product USB adapter -> USB01
