Flat Rate Shipping
To keep our product prices as competitive as possible and as simple as possible Carbon Car Systems charges a flat rate shipping cost of $11 inc GST for all orders Australia wide up to a combined weight of 20kg.
Orders over 20kg may incur an excess weight charge of $11 inc GST.
To help with shipping cost calculation we have installed a easy to use postage estimation system on our website which can be used at any stage when viewing your carted items.
Delivery Times
All products advertised on Carbon Car Systems as in stock and ready to be shipped will leave as soon as humanly possible. Carbon Car Systems allows 1 – 3 days for handling of all orders to ensure we account for any unforeseen delays and to allow us to confirm all orders are packed correctly.
When shipping via Australia Post Express Post satchels and parcels your order is guaranteed next day delivery within the Express Post Network*. Outside this network it may take 2 – 3 days.
When shipping via Couriers Please delivery times are general stated as 1 – 3 days, these times may vary and we suggest checking the Couriers Please website to confirm delivery schedules in your area.
If a situation arises where there may be delays in your order we will contact you, normally via the e-mail or telephone number which you will have provided when placing your order. During the holiday seasons there can be delivery delays due to higher volume of postage so please keep that in mind when ordering for special occasions.
