Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If you have ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, Carbon Car Systems allows customers to return items within 7 days for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

• If you decide you no longer want the product we will allow you to exchange or refund the order for store credit, gift card or a full refund.
• You must notify us (Carbon Car Systems) within 7 days from purchase date.
• Order must be returned in its new unopened condition
• If the product is different to the product you order we will exchange your product for the correct one at no extra charge.
• Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
• Return shipping is at customers expense.
• Specials cannot be refunded or credited.
• Warranty offered is subject to conditions of manufacturers warranty.
• Warranty starts from invoice date.
• Valid invoice must be shown for warranty cover to be redeemed.
