If an item arrives damaged or faulty what can I do?

Products may be returned when they have been damaged during delivery or appear to be faulty and provided the following conditions are met:

Conditions regarding returns:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if it is damaged or faulty on arrival.
  • You must return the product as new and without further damage.
  • You must keep your receipt for proof of return postage costs and we will refund the costs.
  • You will receive a refund for return of a damaged item. If the item is deemed not damaged or not faulty we will send it back.
